The staff here are so friendly and nice! My room even had a terrace and a balcony, how cool is that? the breakfast was absolutely delicious and parking was super convenient, right next to the hotel 🚗.

Well-equipped and well-appointed room, clean hotel in general.
Very comfortable overall experience. Excellent hotel with good facilities, prime location in the enormous beer garden at the back of. Location short walk to the railway stations and Wernigerode Castle

The place was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, our room was spacious and new with a view of the castle, and the air conditioning was excellent.

We stayed in the larger room with whirlpool and views of the castle, which was very nice. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre and again a 5 minute walk to the train station, to get on the steam train that takes you through the Harz, so all in all was very happy with our few nights stay.
Would be perfect if the television would be able to have a channel in English as its that big !
